STAR BEADS Universal DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid and efficient isolation of microbial DNA/RNA from any sample type, including cells, tissues, and biological fluids. The optimized chemistry of the reagents ensures pure DNA/RNA. Nucleic acids are selectively bound to the magnetic beads’ surface, whilst impurities such as salts, metabolites, and soluble macromolecular cellular components are efficiently removed by a series of quick washing steps.

STAR BEADS Universal DNA/RNA Extraction Kit can be easily adapted to automated magnetic bead separation instruments and workstations. The extracted highly pure DNA/RNA is ready for downstream reactions, including Real-Time PCR, qRT-PCR, Sanger Sequencing, NGS, PCR, and other enzymatic reactions.
